Gnomedex has been very good so far. This morning's speakers (Dave Dederer, Sen. John Edwards, and Werner Vogels) were all super interesting, and the format is working pretty well, minus some overt sales pitches.

As usual, the internet connection sucks, but later i'll upload my video of dave singing velvet underground songs to describe the state of the internet for the musician.

Anyone else going to Gnomedex? 

I was on the fence about it, but the speakers are all people I find interesting, it's local (seattle), and it's sold out, so I figure it should be pretty cool.

Someone was selling a couple tickets on the message board. He might still have another one left...
