What's the first image that comes up when you Google your name?
I only get five matches doing a google image search for my full name (no quotes):
First is the cover of a book I wrote a chapter for several years ago.
Second and third are a head shot from an article about me on the wall street journal website.
Fourth is my VOX profile image!
and lastly is a picture of my vespa with a "just married" sign on it. The cover image of our wedding photo gallery site.
Show us something unbelievable.
There were several downed trees like this within a couple blocks of our house, and much of the city was without power for days. Fortunately, we never lost power, with our worst damage being that half of our fence was blown over.

I'm there right now (just took this pic with my macbook): Victrola.
I spend about 2-3 hours working here everyday. It's the closest good coffeeshop to our house (although I've never really been to a "bad" coffeeshop is seattle). I also like to work from Bauhaus (which i lived a block from for several years), University Zoka (where the delicious monster guys work), and Cafe Umbria or Zeitgeist in Pioneer Square because that's where all the cool startups are.

This was a couple days ago.. Since then, they've ripped all of that out, and already put in half of the new floor/structure (still no walls though). It amazes me that they've done what seems like so much in a week, but they won't be done until february!
Take a picture of your reflection.
Too bad photobooth does that screen-blanking flash thing. I was going for that old school pic-in-a-pic-in-a-pic-tunnel effect.
